We successfully represented a 75-year-old female involved in a three-vehicle collision with a truck. The investigating police officer cited one of the drivers as being at fault, and we attended 14 sessions of traffic court to ensure that the defendant was found guilty of the traffic charges. Our client suffered serious injuries including a fractured ankle, hip, and sternum. She spent 10 days in the hospital and three weeks in a rehabilitation facility. Her medicals bills that were paid totaled $88,000 but her doctors determined that she suffered some permanent impairment of her right leg.
