Our client was a contractor hired to help transport mobile homes.  Due to the negligence of another worker, she became pinned between two vehicles causing severe injuries.  Our client suffered a large wound to the leg as well as a fractured pelvis and significant neck and back injuries.  Liability was initially contested but then accepted.

This case was settled prior to a lawsuit being filed.  As a result of the injuries sustained, our client was also unable to return to work and applied for social security disability.  She was initially denied benefits but we were ultimately successful in getting her disability benefits.
