$60,000 Settlement Personal Injury

Adult male client was a patient at a mental health facility in Goldsboro, NC, when he was alleged to be assaulted by three health care technicians employed by the facility. Client suffered a broken nose, broken rib and numerous bruises and abrasions. After Riddle & Brantley, LLP filed a lawsuit and sought judicial intervention to force the facility to disclose all such similar occurrences in the past five years, the facility settled the matter for $60,000.
