Confidential Settlement – Pro Bono

Recently, we had an employee book a summer vacation through a travel agency. Unfortunately, after traveling to the port, our employee and her children were not allowed to join the vacation parties due to discrepancies with their travel documentation. The employee attempted on her own to file for reimbursement for the losses incurred and was unsuccessful.

We gladly agreed to help and after much back and forth with the appropriate parties, we were able to get a full refund of the cost of the vacation. We actually found the travel agency to be very understanding of the circumstances.  A great result for a dedicated staff member and completely free of charge.
