Case Manager

How I help our clients: I am a point of contact for the clients. I assist in requesting all records pertaining to you medical treatment, answering client questions and concerns, acting as the liaison between the client and providers and adjusters, and being there to assist our client’s until their case is resolved.

Background: I’m originally from Peru, lived in Florida and moved to NC in 2007, and started working in the Legal field in a prior Law firm in Durham, NC for 6 years as a Bilingual -Legal Assistant in Traffic/Criminal Law and Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation claims.

Why I like working at Riddle & Brantley: I like the opportunity I have being able to help our clients with their claims, meet and work with extraordinary people.

What I like to do in my free time: I love any outdoors activities, cooking at home, live music, meet friends, and love my pets 2 dogs Percy, Camilla, and our bunny Angel. But what I love the most is to spend time with my 2 kids Nick & Amanda and my wonderful husband John.
