I want clients to leave the firm with an experience that they wish to share with others. My main goal is to treat clients like I would like to be treated at this very stressful time.

Background: I joined Riddle & Brantley in 2004 as a negotiator. I have over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry and over 10 years of experience in the legal field. I provide leadership and direction to our personal injury department, investigate coverage issues and the facts of cases, negotiate cases with the direction of our attorneys and assist our office in our community activities. I received Certificate Introduction to Property and Liability Insurance January 1989, and a certificate in General Insurance in July 1992. I was named a Certified Professional Insurance Woman in June 1993 and the EAutoClaims Adjuster of the Month in July 2001. I am also a licensed Adjuster in North Carolina and South Carolina and a Notary Public.

Why I like working at Riddle & Brantley: My heart goes out to people in need and my goal is to make a terrible situation better. I believe in what we do; we strive to give the commitment and treatment to our clients just like they are part of our family.

What I like to do in my free time: I enjoy couponing, travelling and spending time with my family and two Chihuahuas.
