At any time, you may request to speak directly with an attorney and one will be made available as soon as possible. All of our intake staff work under attorney supervision.

Paralegal and Case Management

Each case with our firm will have both an attorney and a paralegal or case manager assigned to your case. The case manager or paralegal will maintain your file and help the attorney communicate with you regarding your treatment and the status of your case. Our case managers and paralegals are experienced with all types of cases and injuries – from soft tissue injuries, head and brain injury and serious bodily injuries, to workplace injuries, as well as other types of cases such as excessive force and civil rights.

Some of our case managers have prior industry experience as insurance adjusters so they can offer valuable insight into the property damage and personal injury processes, and we even have some dedicated and experienced staff members that have been with our firm for more than 20 years.
As discussed above, some of our case managers are also bilingual and can assist any clients who would prefer to speak Spanish. All of our case managers and paralegals work directly under your attorney’s supervision.

Investigators

We have several investigators who help investigate accidents as well as meet with clients who are unable to come into one of our offices to meet with an attorney. Our investigators are able to meet you at your home, office, job site, hospital or any other place most convenient for you. They will provide you with all of the necessary paperwork for the attorney to begin working on your case, and if you have questions or concerns during their visit they will get an attorney on the phone to help you. Most of our investigators have prior law enforcement experience with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol or other law enforcement agencies. We even have a retired District Commander for the North Carolina Highway Patrol who helps communicate with responding officers, OSHA or any other investigatory agency, and witnesses when an incident needs investigating or evidence preservation.
